24/7 Text Balance Check

 Members can now take advantage of Castle and Crystals brand new 24-hour automated text alert service that allows account holders to receive a balance check via a simple text message to their mobile phone device.

The aim of this service is to provide credit union customers with an alternative route to accessing their account details that is simple, convenient and affordable. It enables members to receive an account balance outside credit union opening hours, where speaking to an advisor isn’t always possible and costs the same as a standard text message.

To get started, members simply need to register their mobile telephone number on their Castle and Crystal account. Then each time you would like a balance enquiry;
