Direct Care Payments
What are Direct Care Payments?
Direct care payments are cash payments given to you to pay for your care instead of Dudley Council providing the care directly. This allows you greater choice and flexibility when deciding on the type and level of care you receive.
What help is available?

How can Castle and Crystal help?
Castle and Crystal liaise with Dudley MBC and other supporting organisations to receive and manage Direct Care payments on your behalf. All you need to do is apply for membership to activate an account for your payments to be deposited. We can then make payments for your care services on a regular basis, simply forward us the invoice and we can pay them either via BACS or Cheque.
If you require more information on direct care payments, please speak to a member of our admin team by calling 01384 815771.
