Our Mission
Castle & Crystal is commited to providing local access to their services within the Dudley borough. Whilst many local high street banks and post offices are deserting us, Castle & Crystal beleives our members want local access to the services we provide.
You can open accounts, deposit money, make withdrawals and apply for a loan at Community Service Points. Withdrawals need to be ordered with Head Office on 01384 815771 24 at least 48 hours in advance.
Our friendly staff will discuss any issues you may have with your account. Pop in for a friendly chat.

Wednesday
11:00 - 12:30 Halesowen Library, Lvl 5, Queensway Mall, Cornbow Centre During library alterations we are temporarily in: Room 1, Housing Services office, 7 Queensway
Thursday
13:30 - 14:30 St Paul's Community Centre, Hawbsuh Road, Brierley Hill
Unfortunately due to cirumstances beyond our control, SignPost in Brierley Hill has now closed.
