Membership is open to everyone:

Living or working in the Dudley borough

Employed or Unemployed

To take advantage of the wonderful products and services that Castle & Crystal provides you will need to become a member. More information on the benefits of membership and products can be found in the navigation bar to the left of this page.

How Can I Join?

• You will need to complete a membership application form and provide 2 forms of identification. Examples of identification can be found towards the bottom of this page.
• Hand your completed membership application form to Head Office or Community Service Points located around the Borough.
• There is a one-off joining fee of £1 if unwaged and £3 if waged.

We will open your account and you will receive a welcome pack through the post confirming your membership number.

What ID requirements do I need to open an account?

You will need two forms of identification, one to prove who you are and the other to prove where you live.

Examples of identification required:

Adult Accounts

• Recent Utility Bill and Driving license (provisional not accepted)
• Recent Child benefit letter and Passport

Junior accounts

• Medical card or Birth certificate.

I'm not sure if my address comes under the Dudley borough?

• You can join Castle & Crystal if you pay your council tax to or have council tax benefit from Dudley Council.  If you are unsure please check with Dudley Council.
• You can also become a member if you work in the Dudley borough but live outside it.

What happens if I move out of the borough or change my workplace?

• You can still retain membership if you move out of the Dudley Council Tax  catchment area or relocate to another place of work.
• Once a member....A member for life!
